Blox are really excited about working on this residential scheme for Lizzy in Epping with a great brief.

The build Includes:

• Front façade changes to the property to increase ‘kerb appeal’;
• Ground floor refurbishment and large kitchen extension to facilitate today’s modern open living with an island kitchen and bi-fold doors linking to a new external cooking and dining patio.

Peter has been working with Lizzy utilising Pintinterest to refine the interior design and Material Choices.

The Scheme achieved Planning Approval October 2017.  Building Regulations now Approved.
