Blox Architects were commissioned for a new build house in Roydon, Epping. The project is named ‘Maycroft’.

Blox Architects were commissioned to work through RIBA stages from inception, Feasibility and Pre-Planning Planning Application (PAPA) stages for this new house on the edge of the Greenbelt and close to the Roydon Conservation Area.

The scheme went through Viability and Feasibility stages, meetings with the Duty Planning Officer and a Pre-App Submission which was favourably received by Epping Council.

It was granted Planning Approval at Planning Committee in August 2018.
