Blox Architects Ltd is based in Epping Essex and is a RIBA Chartered Practice focusing on housing, residential and commercial projects.

The Practice has a strong pedigree in the residential housing sector, offering bespoke solutions for new build projects, property extensions and high-end projects. Blox Architects also has a strong presence in the Commercial and Education Sectors, with owner Peter Bloxham having an extensive portfolio of work on new build schools, Academies and Special Needs Schools. The underlining philosophy of the practice is to offer a high quality personalised and professional service to the client, with quality in the level of service given and quality in the final design solution created.

Background

Blox Architects was founded in 2017 by owner and Director Peter Bloxham BA Hons, Dip Arch Hons RIBA.

Peter has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years and has personally delivered projects of values up to £42 million. Peter has diverse experience, with involvement in Education, Housing, Major Urban Design Initiatives and Listed Building projects. Peter has been involved in a number of Award Winning Projects. Peter Qualified as an Architect in 1997 at Greenwich University.

Peter is passionate about design and taking his clients through a journey from first ideas to realisation of their final building on site.
